(MINUTE ORDER # 70-41) <br />Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION N0, 6233 FINDING AND DETERMINING <br />THAT TEMPORARY ROADWAY EASEMENT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED OF SAID TEMPORARY EASE- <br />MENT PURSUANT TO PRIOR AGREEMENT, seconded by Councilman Rosselli. <br />Staff report stated temporary easement had been granted to the City by Leslie <br />Properties, Inc., in May, 1968, in conjunction with construction and maintenance <br />of a temporary roadway parallel to alignment of Bridge Parkway. Permanent <br />improvement of Bridge Parkway now being complete, the easement is no longer• re- <br />quired.
