<br />He then offered the motion to accept the conclusions and

<br />necessary or required to the present rules of the Police Department relating
<br />to the use of firearms by peace officers, and that no changes to the organi-
<br />zational structure of the City relative to review of complaints or charges
<br />against City employees are necessary or required, seconded by Councilman

<br />Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION N0, 6233 FINDING AND DETERMINING
<br />THAT TEMPORARY ROADWAY EASEMENT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, AND
<br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED OF SAID TEMPORARY EASE-
<br />MENT PURSUANT TO PRIOR AGREEMENT, seconded by Councilman Rosselli.
<br />Staff report stated temporary easement had been granted to the City by Leslie
<br />Properties, Inc., in May, 1968, in conjunction with construction and maintenance
<br />of a temporary roadway parallel to alignment of Bridge Parkway. Permanent
<br />improvement of Bridge Parkway now being complete, the easement is no longer• re-
<br />quired. Motion carried on roll call vote.
<br />DAMAGE CLAIMS: (1) Minnie Sue Counce, 347 Hedge Road, Menlo Park, for property
<br />damages alleged to have been caused by City -owned and operated vehicle; (2)
<br />Sequoia Insurance Company on behalf of insured, Carl Sjoberg, 1540 Hudson
<br />Street, for property damages alleged to have been caused by City -owned and
<br />operated vehicle; (3) Allstate Insurance Company, 2882 Sand Hill Road, Menlo
<br />Park, for property damages on behalf of insured, Jack McCall, alleged to have
<br />been caused by improper street construction warning signs; (4) Sandra Bowling,
<br />912 Oak Avenue for property damages alleged to have been caused by City
<br />sprinkling system; (5) Robert Rome, 1500 Hudson Street, for reimbursement of
<br />funds alleged to have been expended to recover possession of personal property,
<br />denied and referred to insurance carrier on motion of Councilman Petersen,
