M <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6179 AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF REAL <br />PROPERTY INTERESTS IN THE VICINITY OF VERA AVENUE AND BLOCK 4, JEFFERSON ACRES <br />SUBDIVISION (CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO), seconded by Councilman Weymouth <br />and carried on roll call vote, Mayor Bury being noted absent. <br />Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION N0, 6180 AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF REAL <br />PROPERTY INTERESTS IN VICINITY OF VERA AVENUE AND BLOCK 4, JEFFERSON ACRES SUB- <br />DIVISION (J.E. MC CARTHY & SONS, INC.), seconded by Councilman Keckley and <br />carried on roll call vote, Mayor Bury being noted absent. <br />To accommodate the applicant, William Royer requested that Council consider an <br />acceptance out of agenda order, and Councilman Keckley suggested that the several <br />acceptances be acted upon, rather than singling out one agenda item, City Attorney <br />advised that having the record show that Council had received evidence, it would be <br />permissable to accept the several matters in one motion. <br />ACCEPTANCE, Street Improvements, Veterans and Brewster (Shell Oil Company). <br />The project was designed jointly by Tri-State Engineering and the Department of <br />Public Works, and improvements installed under terms of agreement,vith funding by <br />Shell Oil Company. City participation consisted of relocating the traffic signal and <br />constructing some concrete work. Improvements have now been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the Department of Public Works and are recommended for acceptance, <br />subject to the usual guarantees, <br />ACCEPTANCE, Alley Improvement, Block 6, Oak Knoll Manor, off Hillview (Royer). <br />These improvements were installed under Excavation Permit dated October i4, 19691 <br />by Watkins and Harris. The plans were prepared by private engineers and funding <br />made by the owner. Improvements have now been completed to the satisfaction of <br />the Department of Public Works and are recommended for acceptance, sibject to the <br />usual guarantees. <br />ACCEPTANCE, Falk Subdivision. <br />These improvements were constructed under the provisions of the Agreement for this <br />subdivision dated July 24, 1967.This agreement was subsequently amended to allow a <br />ninety -day extension from the original completion date of July 24, 1968. The pro- <br />ject was designed by Lawrence Brian and Associates, and the actual work was performed <br />by and funded by the owner. Improvements have now been completed to the satisfaction <br />of the Department of Public Works and are recommended for acceptance, subject to <br />the usual guarantees. <br />ACCEPTANCE, Sanitary Sewer Line, Lot 1, Block 24, Oak Knoll Manor (Nielsen). <br />This sewer <br />was constructed in accordance with an <br />Improvement Agreement <br />dated July <br />185 1969, <br />The project was designed by Randlett, <br />Clegg and Foulk. The <br />work was <br />performed <br />by Allen Wong, and was funded by the owner. <br />The project has <br />been completed <br />to the satisfaction <br />of the Department of Public <br />Works, and acceptance <br />is recommended <br />subject to <br />the usual guarantees, <br />ACCEPTANCE, Marine World Parkway Lighting. <br />Marine World Parkway Lighting has been completed in accordance with plans and <br />specifications. The light intensity and light pattern on the pavement is considered <br />to be very satisfactory. DMJM and Staff recommend its acceptance, subject to the <br />usual guarantees. <br />i <br />
