Brian explained from subdivision map the reduction of <br /> two of lots at end of cul -de - sacs from a 15 ' frontage to <br /> 12 ' frontage for reason that subdivider desired to widen <br /> out area between buildings . <br /> Council questioned effect of this change since hearing by the Planning Commission <br /> and was advised by the City Attorney this would be noted before the Planning Commis- <br /> sion when Final Map being considered and would have recommendation thereon by the <br /> Staff , but in any event not considered a substantive change and that the resolution <br /> prepared provides for exceptions without specifying details . <br /> Councilman Henderson expressed her disapproval of these townhouse development plans <br /> as seemed to be condensing to less and less area , and also expressed concern for de - <br /> signs for panhandle type lots being proposed .
