Councilman Weymouth moved to close the <br /> public hearing , seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to introduce Ordinance adding Section 60 . 22 . 1 to Ordinance No . <br /> 1130 , the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance , rezoning property in the vicinity of Uccelli <br /> Boulevard and Bair Island Road , seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried . <br /> Councilman Arnett moved to direct Staff to prepare documents necessary for formation <br /> of an assessment district for improvements of Bair Island Road , seconded by Council - <br /> man Weymouth , Councilman Henderson felt this action premature because of the other <br /> rezoning procedures commenced in this area , and suggested Staff be directed to first <br /> investigate possibilities for formation of such an assessment district and report <br /> back to Council . <br /> City Attorney acknowledged it would be better for Staff to be allowed opportunity of <br /> contacting property owners , and determine other necessary factors to form an assess - <br /> ment district . It was <br /> noted Planning Commission had recommended this Final Map for Council approval at their <br /> meeting of May 27th . <br /> Proposed subdivision contains approximately 46 acres of land to contain 147 lots with <br /> 143 single -family dwellings proposed , a neighborhood park area , two park dike areas , <br /> and a portion of the tidal way of Steinberger Slough . <br /> Mr .
