4 1 (1 <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF Spinas Park Tennis Courts approved on motion of Councilman Rosselli , <br /> seconded by Councilman Arnett . Project has been completed to the satisfaction of <br /> Staff and acceptance is recommended . <br /> Responding to question regarding availability of funds for night lighting of tennis <br /> courts , City Manager advised Staff is obtaining cost estimates and will report back <br /> at a later meeting on that aspect , as well as whether the work can be done this <br /> construction year . He noted these court , as well as other in the City , are getting <br /> significant use . Motion carried .
