City Manager stated he would review facts and report . ( Memo <br /> 8/26/69 ) <br /> ACCEPTANCE of Improvements , Bel Air Way Improvements . Council granted a Revocable <br /> Permit to the property owners to construct these improvements by private contract <br /> with plans and specifications prepared by Department of Public Works . Improvements <br /> have been completed to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works , and all <br /> conditions of Revocable Permit complied with . Staff recommended acceptance of the <br /> project , subject to the usual one -year guarantee of workmanship and materials . <br /> Councilman Rosselli moved to accept the Bel Air Way Improvements , subject to the <br /> usual one -year guarantees of workmanship and materials , seconded by Councilman <br /> Arnett and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #69 -170 ) <br /> ACCEPTANCE of Improvement , Jefferson Avenue -Highland Improvements . Project has been <br /> completed to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works and acceptance is <br /> recommended , subject to the usual one -year guarantee . <br /> Councilman Arnett moved to accept the Jefferson Avenue -Highland Improvements , <br /> subject to the one -year guarantee of workmanship and materials , seconded by <br /> Councilman Henderson and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #69 - 171 ) <br /> Mayor Bury noted that dedication of the new Fire Station on Jefferson Avenue has <br /> been set for September 21 , 1969 . <br /> ACCEPTANCE of Improvements , Redwood Shores Subdivision #1 . The completed improve - <br /> ments were inspected by the Department of Public Works , DMJM , and Leslie Engineers <br /> and acceptance is recommended , subject to the usual one -year guarantee . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to accept the Redwood Shores Subdivision #1 Improvements <br /> subject to the one -year guarantee of workmanship and materials , seconded by <br /> Councilman Keckley and carried .
