Motion carried . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> County Board of Supervisors advising of the <br /> Constitution Revision Commission of the California <br /> Legislature proposing to revise Article XXVI ( Gas Tax <br /> Expenditures ) and enclosing copy of Resolution adopted <br /> by their Board petitioning that this Commission not make <br /> changes in said Article , and urging Council to take similar <br /> action ( copy submitted to Council ) . <br /> Councilman Rosselli moved to refer this communication to the Legislative <br /> Committee , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #69 -180 ) <br /> Copy of communication received during meeting from <br /> Peninsula Master Builders regarding expiration of <br /> Building Permits for Dolphin Subdivision #1 , Redwood <br /> Shores ( copies to be submitted to Council ) . <br /> City Attorney advised this communication resulted from aftermath of meeting <br /> held with himself , City Manager. and Builder , and relates to a proposed revision <br /> to the Building Code , and suggested it be referred to the Ordinance Review <br /> Committee . <br /> Councilman Rosselli moved to refer this communication to the Ordinance Review <br /> Committee as suggested , seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried . <br /> ( MINUTE ORDER #69 -181 ) <br /> Mayor Bury commented on the Labor Relations Conference to be held in Hayward , <br /> September 19 and 20 , and that two members of Council had been granted permission <br /> to attend . <br /> He also commented on the running event that had been held this past weekend in <br /> which 200 people had participated , and thought it might be well for Council to <br /> consider for next year for a possible contribution of an award . <br />
