Jain , Park Superintendent Pasco Balzarini , and <br /> Secretary Frances Ozzanto . <br /> Councilman Arnett moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of September 8 , <br /> 1969 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . <br /> Presentation of Fiesta Awards - Park Superintendent . <br /> Park Superintendent made presentation to Mayor Bury of six ribbons which had <br /> been awarded for Park Department exhibits at the San Mateo County Fair and <br /> Floral Fiesta along with cash prizes totaling $ 1 , 550 . Mayor Bury accepted on <br /> behalf of Council , commending Park Department for having again earned these <br /> honors . <br /> AWARD OF BID , Pump Repairs , GID 1 -64 . <br /> The only bid received was from Electro -Motion Company in the amount of $ 5400 <br /> and Staff recommended award to that firm . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6102 AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br /> PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN REPAIR WORK FOR THREE PUMPING UNITS , seconded by Council - <br /> man Rosselli . In response to question by Council , City Manager advised funds <br /> would be applied from Improvement District 1 -64 M and 0 tax revenue . Motion <br /> carried on roll call vote . <br /> Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6103 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO CENTRAL COMMUNICATION <br /> SYSTEM, seconded by Councilman Keckley . <br /> City Manager advised that Consultant will work with Architects , but report and <br /> make recommendations directly to , and receive instructions from the City .
