He noted the meeting which had been scheduled by City Manager on February <br /> 27th inviting representatives of the proponents to be present , but in addition , <br /> moved that Council meet at the earliest possible time for a public study sesssion on <br /> this subject , and invite all concerned , <br /> Mayor Bury asked that before Council consider acting on this motion , he would like <br /> to interject the thought that it might be better for Council to wait for a special <br /> meeting until after the City Manager had met with the representatives he had in- <br /> vited for February 27 , and Council would then be better able to evaluate Councilts <br /> position for future action . Motion died for lack of a second . <br /> Councilman Rosselli advised he had received a communication from Congressman <br /> McCloskey concerning this proposal as he had been appointed to a Committee to which <br /> this bill had been referred . He agreed Council might well wait for any special <br /> meeting on this subject until after noting the outcome of the meeting proposed by <br /> the City Manager . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn to Executive Session as requested by City Manager <br /> for discussion of a personnel matter , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8 : 55 p .m . <br /> - (c_i_,___7t. ___.----o, ., �� <br /> HE N C .
