<br /> detriment and recommended Council approval of this matter .
<br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to close the public hearing , seconded by Councilman
<br /> Keckley and carried .
<br /> Councilman Henderson moved that the application be referred back to the Planning
<br /> Commission for further consideration in view of the information contained in Fire
<br /> Chief ' s communication on this subject , and points discussed by Council . Motion
<br /> lost for lack of a second .

<br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS , seconded by Councilman Weymouth . On question , Councilman
<br /> Henderson opposed approving this request for purpose of re -examining park i space
<br /> provisions and costs of fire protection services , as felt should be known before
<br /> granting , not after . Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Henderson voting
<br /> no , Councilman Rosselli abstaining for lack of further information .
