Barcode Functionality:
HiperWeb will have the ability to have material from the warehouse scanned, added, and
released to a work order using barcode equipment or QR equipment.
Printing Work Orders:
Users will be able to print a work order as well as print and view online files (text, images,
photographs, and videos) attached to a work order. All information entered in the work order
will appear on the printed work order.
Auto-generation of Work Orders Based on Results (Reliability Maintenance & Inspection):
HiperWeb will be able to integrate with any blue-tooth enabled hardware to capture and store
device specific information in the field . Inspection data will also generate corrective work orders
based on single entry or computed formulas when the results fall outside one or more specified
ranges.
For a SCADA system interface, system administrators will define the runtime variables. Once this
data is defined, HiperWeb will read and record the specified value through. the DDE channel. If
the value that HiperWeb reads from SCADA is outside the specified range or ranges, HiperWeb
will automatically generate a corrective work order.
For the City's Customer Request Management (CRM) system myRWC, HiperWeb will be able to
support 2-way communications. For example, if a resident requests a service in the City's CRM a
work order will be able to be generated in HiperWeb if approved by a supervisor. When the
work has been completed an update will be sent to the supervisor in the City's CRM, so that
prompt customer service can be provided to the resident in the form of a project update.
HiperWeb will support inspections of user-defined assets and will support reporting to meet the
requirements of any city, county, state, or federal governing body. System users can define the
inspections in different ways and then apply these inspection requirements to one or more
assets. For example, system users can define inspections as tasks within the system. If the
inspections must be performed on a regular basis, the tasks can be assigned to a PM schedule
defined with the correct frequency. If the inspections are to be done on an as needed basis,
system users can assign the inspection tasks to individual work orders that they generate as
needed. In addition, inspections can be defined as components of SOP's. Users can also build,
edit and maintain their own inspections.
Mobile inspections will be downloadable directly to any supported devices so users can
complete inspections without Internet connectivity. Once a connection is detected, the
inspection will automatically be submitted without any user interaction .
Also, photo/videos will be able to be attached to any inspections while out in the field.
REV: 03-31-16 FE
ATTY/AGR.2016.066/PSD HiperWeb
