• Mass close service requests (i.e. outages, stations alarms) <br />• Schedule work by asset type <br />• Query the GIS data from within the work order / asset management system <br />• Desktop Map interface to view assets, search, pan, zoom, locate, measure distances <br />and will include the capability to view information about assets' attributes from the <br />Map. <br />• Locate address using GPS locating services <br />• Attach multiple assets to work orders <br />• View work in progress with filtering capabilities by service type, crew, field <br />supervisors, zone, etc. <br />• Record inspection results for assets, projects, etc. <br />• Update asset attributes from within HiperWeb to GIS SDE tables <br />• View work history by address or asset <br />Rolling Assets: <br />PSD will track all utilities/public rolling assets using multiple components including company, <br />GL account, property unit, plant account, location, driver data, odometer reading, vehicle data, <br />engine data, insurance information, asset year, cost center, divisions, or other criteria defined by <br />the City. PSD will track significant detail about asset transactions including install year, project <br />number, work order number, and charge type. <br />PSD fleet maintenance module will track odometer reading, fuel activities, major and minor <br />repair. Preventive maintenance/full service work orders will have the ability to be auto - <br />generated based on odometer reading, cycles or dates. All maintenance activities including, <br />labor, material, shop charge, fuel, outside repair and other miscellaneous cost will be tracked <br />and reported to Finance on an as needed basis via vendor created reports specified by the <br />City. All Managerial staff will be able to view departmental charges at any time through <br />mobile devices. Additionally, Interface to fuel system will be able to be customized to interface <br />with the existing fuel system. <br />Mobile Key Features: <br />Users will be able to access their workspace in the field on a variety of devices, including <br />laptops, tablets and smartphones. With the mobile version of the software, the users will be <br />able to view work orders from the dashboard (tabular and/or map view), update field status, <br />assign labor, material and equipment hours, log inspection results, complete work orders and <br />create new ones if needed. <br />Staying Current with Technology: <br />During the duration of the contract with the City, PSD will stay current and support new releases <br />on the following platforms unless released from this obligation in writing by the City. Platforms <br />will include ESRI GIS database system, server, messaging and operating systems delivered by <br />Microsoft, along with Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, iOS, Android, Windows Mobile <br />and Bluetooth. <br />REV: 03-14-18 MI <br />Page 9 of 13 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1 /PSD HiperWeb <br />
