Reporting: <br />PSD will provide all current out of the box reports and querying templates based on use cases <br />from existing customer databases at no charge to the City. Additionally, custom reports will be <br />included in the ongoing maintenance and support at no additional charge except in the case of <br />rush delivery. Rush delivery will be defined as within 10 business days. PSD will work with <br />individual stakeholders by division to review the existing reports and KPIs and define, create and <br />publish any new and additional requirements at no additional charge except in the case of rush <br />delivery. <br />Implementation and Integration <br />Project Management: <br />PSD will assign a lead consultant that will serve as the project manager whose responsibilities <br />include project management, City coordination and schedule updates. The lead consultant will <br />provide frequent informal updates to city Project Managers and formal status updates on a <br />monthly basis. The lead consultant will work with city personnel to quickly resolve any issues <br />that arise. <br />Implementation: <br />All asset information as defined by the City will be configured and uploaded where applicable <br />for the following sections: <br />• Water, Sewer Collections, & Storm Water <br />• Right of Way (ROW) <br />• Facilities & Custodial <br />• Fleet <br />Configuration will include but not be limited to: defining all parameters by which to track the <br />asset(s), setting up maintenance schedules, creating standard workflows and chain of custody, <br />creating reporting tools, proper functionality of applicable included integrated systems. <br />Additionally, The City must give written approval of successful section configuration and upload <br />of historical data to the satisfaction of the City before a section can be considered "production <br />ready." <br />The PSD team with the assistance of an assigned project manager from the Citywill establish an <br />implementation schedule for implementation and integration work required to support the <br />sections named above. <br />Integration: <br />REV: 03-14-18 MI <br />Page 10 of 13 <br />ATTYIAGR.Amend No. t IPSD HiperWeb <br />
