PSD will provide an API to interface with 3rd party solutions. Documentation of these APIs will <br />be provided. PSD will establish interfaces for ESRI, Wonderware, and myRWC at no additional <br />cost to the City. <br />Interfaces with financial and other CIS systems may be set up as one way or bi-directional data <br />feeds at the request of the City. Integration with these systems will be at an additional charge <br />not to exceed $3,000 per system. <br />Integration/interface with the Utility Billing System to include. <br />1. Mobile—Custom fields and data validation to support meter change out process. <br />3. GIS Tap on the meter and validates the PWS ID and pull customer and meter data automatically. <br />4. Web Services & System Configuration -Mobile support, Desktop support (address pull down and <br />validation) <br />Training/Knowledge Transfer: <br />Live instructor lead trainings that occur at City facilities may be requested by the City at the <br />rates listed in Exhibit B. Web based trainings will be provided at no cost to the City and is <br />agreed to be part of annual maintenance and support. <br />Support Service and Security <br />Support: <br />A PSD support representative will be assigned to the City at all time. This representative will be <br />available to city staff by phone and email during the City's business hours.
