Exhibit "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services - Required Functionality <br />Work Order Overview: <br />HiperWeb will provide work order features supporting the tracking of multiple job plan types, <br />including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and <br />demand maintenance. The system will use job types; skill set availability, and other factors to <br />assist in automatic planning, prioritization, and scheduling of work. HiperWeb will track, by the <br />assets to which they were assigned, or track information separate from an asset. HiperWeb will <br />let users post job cost information in detail such as labor, materials, equipment, journal entry, <br />and contractor services. Attachments such as photos, videos, pdf, word documents will be able <br />to be posted to a work order. <br />Work will be able to be assigned to specific employees, crews, supervisors, contractors, or groups <br />defined by the City. Work orders will also have the ability to be automatically assigned to an <br />employee or a crew based on the skill sets specified for the task and availability of resources. <br />Initiate Work: <br />HiperWeb, work order will be able to be generated from various sources as follows: <br />• CRM —Service Request (PublicStuff) <br />• Employee — Work Request (Office or Mobile User) <br />+ Third Party — Surveyors/Contractors <br />• Planned Maintenance — Auto -generated <br />+ Predictive Maintenance Calculation <br />■ Inspection —Visual <br />• Barcode Scanner (Asset Assigned Barcode) <br />■ Close work order—Additional Work Required <br />Interface — CIS & Billing <br />• SCADA Interface <br />• Utility Locate — USA North 811 <br />Route Work: <br />Work orders will be routed in a number of ways depending on the process type. For example, for <br />centralized maintenance, work orders will be able to be routed by zone, stations, supervisor <br />and skill type.
