Linear assets, including water lines, sewer lines, storm lines, and roadways will be able to be
routed using GIS service maps or through the pre -defined processes by individual department
and function.
HiperWeb will provide a process -based routing system for task and work order assignment that
can be customized by user profile.
Coordinator/Planner Scheduler:
HiperWeb will provide a planner/scheduler with several planning tools to make sure that
resources are available for the team leaders to effectively perform their assigned tasks on time.
Planning tools will include dashboards for "Unassigned Work," "Work In Progress;' "Past Due,"
"PM Forecast," "Crew Workload," "Calendar View," "Re -assign Work," "Route Management,"
"Review & Close," "Planning Daily Values," "GPS Truck Location," "Stock Levels," "Skills
Requirements," "Material Forecast," "Drawings," "Estimating." Additionally, HiperWeb will alert
the planner/scheduler about warranty data and any upcoming Preventive Maintenance (PM)
work order by location whenever corrective maintenance is created.
Projects will be used to create work orders across multiple departments for improving
communication and reducing the wait time on the job site. E-mail alerts will be used to alert the
department with a linked work order upon job completion. For example, a street -light needs
to be relocated before major construction begins. When the street department work order is
completed, an e-mail alert will be sent to the utilities department to inform them that the job
site is ready.
Preventative Maintenance;
HiperWeb will allow unlimited tasks per PM activity and provide predefined sets of PM
procedures that can be referenced by any number of PM work orders. Additionally, HiperWeb
will have the ability to re -calculate PM labor hours, equipment hours and material estimates
based on actual work order history.
PM features will include:
• Filtering by key information (location, process, class, mfg,/model number, etc.)
• Recurring (pre -defined frequency) or one-time schedule
• Runtime hours or mileage
• Seasonal PM
• Static/floating PM
• Auto -generate individual work orders or flag assets by route
• Manual Generations of PM
• PM schedule shift
• PM Shadowing
• Keep PM dates aligned by asset (Quarterly, Monthly, Semi-annual & Annual PM always fall
on the same day of week)
• PM behavior by user profile
REV: 02-26-2020 PR
ATTYJAGR.Amend, No.21PSD Software, LLC, dba HiperWeb (Page 5 of 18)
