Hamilton had advised her that the summary statements for the regulations <br /> are very voluminous and it would not be productive to send a copy to <br /> everyone since the time for responses has passed. The Commission asked <br /> that they be kept informed regarding adoption of the regulations. <br /> ROUNDTABLE <br /> -Commissioner Metzdorf reported on the committee to review architectural <br /> barriers in existing city facilities for disabled persons. She reported <br /> that 12 people attended the meeting and that Councilman Bury will be the <br /> chairperson of the committee. The committee will consist of 16 people to <br /> serve on various committees and sub-committees to discuss inaccessible <br /> situations in public buildings. Another meeting is scheduled for next week <br /> and she will attend and report back to the Commission. <br /> Proposed Items for the May agenda: <br /> 1.)
