She has met with Ann <br /> Gatton, Mary Kucala and Chris Oliver to determine what duties need to be re- <br /> allocated to others and who will be responsible for them. She also reviewed <br /> the recruitment process which will be followed to obtain Mary's replacement <br /> and estimated the new person would not be on board until mid-October. It <br /> was suggested that a representative from the Senior Affairs Commission and <br /> from the Senior Advisory Council be included in the assessment center and <br /> interview process for the new Recreation Supervisor. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> -The Seniors will be honoring Mary Kucala at a buffet reception on June 29 <br /> from 4:00-6:OOpm at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center and the <br /> Commissioners are invited to attend. <br /> -The City Council budget hearings will be held on June 28, 30 and July 7 and <br /> Chairperson Anthony indicated he would be attending them. <br /> The regular meeting of the Senior Affairs Commission was adjourned at <br /> 10:45am to be reconvened at 9:00am on Wednesday, July 13, 1994 at the Fair <br /> Oaks Senior Center, 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. <br />
