Senior Affairs Commission Page 4 <br /> Minutes of Thursday, October 10, 1996 <br /> M/S Anthony/Walsh: To approve the outline of the sub-committee with the <br /> exception of interviewing employees (Item 3d). <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Commissioner Anthony said the sub-committee will develop questionnaires <br /> for people to complete and said there would be no publication of the <br /> questionnaires until approved by the Commission. <br /> ITEM 5-TRANSPORTATION UPDATE <br /> Commissioner Walsh reviewed the outline for the "Give a Ride and Show <br /> You Care" proposal with the Commissioners. He asked that a letter be <br /> forwarded to Brian Ponty for the program to be given further consideration <br /> and all the Commissioners agreed. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> -Superintendent Centeno announced the Redwood City 2000 Town Hall <br /> meeting will be held on October 19 at Canada College from 8:30am-12:30pm <br /> and invited all to attend. She mentioned Commissioners Anthony and <br /> Moran are participants in the Redwood City 2000 Program. <br /> The regular meeting of the Senior Affairs Commission was adjourned at <br /> 5:05pm to be reconvened at 3:00pm on Thursday, November 14, 1996 at the <br /> Senior Center Annex, 711 Nevada Street, Redwood City, California. <br />
