Manager Griffith informed that <br /> issues addressed at public facilities are to represent both pro and cons. <br /> Private organizations and individuals may express political views but no <br /> affiliation to commission or as a commissioner is to be expressed. <br /> Commissioner L. Walsh reported that in regard to the energy crisis, PG&E has <br /> 5 tiers of rates all of which are increasing. He stated that if the city is <br /> successful in reducing energy use by 20%, costs will still be high, due to fee <br /> increases. <br /> Item 2 - Program Updates <br /> -Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> Susan Houston reported that renovation of offices at Fair Oaks Senior Center <br /> is 95% complete. Family Service Agency Senior Employment Program is now <br /> moved into the center and operational. Computer lab started this week with <br />
