BOX 391 AGREEMENT <br /> 1020 MIDDLEFlELD ROAD <br /> REDWOOD OR CA 94064 for the <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF PARCEL MAP NO . 91 - 1 <br /> THIS AGREEMENT , made and entered into this 31st day of <br /> March , 1995 , by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California , ( " City " ) , and <br /> WESLAN DEVELOPMENT , INC . , a California Corporation ( " Owner " ) ; <br /> W I T N E S S E T H <br /> WHEREAS , Owner is engaged in subdividing certain property <br /> under the designation of Parcel Map No . 91 - 1 at 3218 Oak Knoll <br /> Drive , situated in the City of Redwood City , County of San Mateo , <br /> State of California ; and oD <br /> (51 <br /> WHEREAS , the City Engineer has determined that the parcel 0 <br /> c 1 <br /> map conforms to the tentative parcel map for the proposed CD <br /> CJ1 <br /> subdivision ; and N <br /> C) <br /> WHEREAS , Owner has requested that the parcel map be approved <br /> prior to the construction and completion of the public <br /> improvements , including all public utility facilities which are a <br /> part of , or appurtenant to , the abovementioned subdivision , which <br /> improvements are to be constructed in accordance with , and as <br /> required by , the plans , specifications and details hereinafter <br /> described ; <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , in order to ensure satisfactory performance <br /> by Owner of Owner ' s obligations under Chapter 30 of the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City , the subdivision regulations of said <br /> City , and in consideration of the approval of the parcel map for <br /> the subdivision , and in accordance with the conditions of <br />
