DES : djk 01 / 20 / 95 ( 005 / 52 ) <br /> approval of the tentative parcel map for the subdivision , the <br /> parties hereto agree as follows : <br /> 1 . IMPROVEMENTS . Owner shall , at Owner ' s own cost and <br /> expense , construct all of the improvements ( " Improvements " ) , <br /> furnish all the materials , and do all the work hereinafter <br /> described , in accordance with , and as provided for in the plans <br /> prepared for Owner by Robert W . Croyle , Civil Engineer , entitled , <br /> " Improvement Plans for Parcel Map No . 91 - 1 " , and those certain <br /> specifications entitled , " Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br /> City " , adopted December 16 , 1991 , on file in the office of the <br /> City Engineer . Said Improvements shall also be constructed in <br /> strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br /> of the City of Redwood City , the subdivision regulations of said <br /> co <br /> City . To the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and cn <br /> specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for cn <br /> co <br /> a particular improvement , the stricter standard shall govern . (J1 <br /> J <br /> Owner shall complete all of the Improvements , subject to time ( ) <br /> extensions allowable under paragraph 11 , on or before April 24 , <br /> 1996 . The Improvements shall include , but are not necessarily <br /> limited to , all of the following : <br /> ( a ) grading , paving <br /> ( b ) curbs , gutters , sidewalks , driveways <br /> ( c ) sanitary sewer system , complete <br /> ( d ) water system , complete <br /> ( e ) storm drainage system , complete <br /> ( f ) street lighting system , complete <br /> ( g ) retaining wall , complete <br /> ( h ) demolish cottage , shed , garage , retaining wall <br /> 2 <br />
