Parcel Maximum Unit Yield <br /> 1 50 <br /> 2 137 <br /> 3 80 <br /> 4 100 <br /> 5 28 <br /> 6 57 <br /> 7 170 <br /> Total 622 <br /> If Residential Parcels 1 through 7 as identified in Table 2 of the <br /> Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan are subdivided at their <br /> respective Maximum Unit Yields as shown in the above table, <br /> each residential lot shown on art approved final map for each <br /> respective Residential Parcel shall -be assigned one residential 0 <br /> unit. p <br /> b. If any of Residential Parcels 1 through 7 as identified in Table 2 <br /> of the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan is approved for <br /> development by the City pursuant to a site plan that establishes <br /> the number of residential units on such parcel at such parcel's <br /> Maximum Unit Yield, then such parcel shall be assigned the <br /> number of residential units equal to its Maximum Unit Yield. <br /> c. Provided, however, if Residential Parcels 1 through 7 have been <br /> subdivided in whole or part pursuant to an approved final map <br /> at a density less than their respective Maximum Unit Yields (or <br /> approved for development pursuant to a site plan at a density <br /> less than their respective Maximum Unit Yields), each <br /> residential lot shown in the subdivision approved for each such <br /> Residential Parcel (or the Residential Parcel approved by such <br /> site plan) shall be assigned a unit multiplier equal to the <br /> Maximum Unit Yield applicable to such Residential Parcel <br /> divided by the number of approved final map residential units <br /> (or residential units as shown on the approved site plan) <br /> assigned to such Residential Parcel. Each residential unit shown <br /> on an approved final map shall be assigned a unit multiplier <br /> equal to the unit multiplier applicable to the subdivision's final <br /> map. Unsubdivided Residential Parcels developed at less than <br /> their respective Maximum Unit Yields shall be assigned a unit <br /> multiplier equal to the unit multiplier applicable to such parcel's <br /> approved site plan. <br /> Unsubdivided successor parcels or remainder lands, if any, shall <br /> be assigned a Maximum Unit Yield by applying the same <br /> methodology as described in Table 2 of the Lido Neighborhood <br /> B - 3 <br />
