Specific Plan. Likewise, unsubdivided successor parcels or <br /> remainder lands subject to residential development, if any, shall <br /> be assigned a unit multiplier in the same manner as applicable <br /> to Residential Parcels 1 through 7 and as described above. <br /> Each Residential Parcel as identified by the County Assessor as of <br /> the March 1 lien date shall be assigned the number of residential <br /> units produced by the foregoing calculations. <br /> d. Further provided, however, the number of existing and planned <br /> residential units for Areas G 203 and G 204, in total, shall be 185, <br /> or such other number as shown on an approved final map for <br /> such parcels. Each Residential Parcel as identified by the County <br /> Assessor as of the March 1 lien date shall be assigned the number <br /> of residential units produced by the foregoing calculation. �p <br /> 0 <br /> e. Further provided, however, the number of existing and planned <br /> residential units for Area G 401 shall be 132, or such other CD <br /> number as shown on an approved final map for such a <br /> Residential Parcel. Unsubdivided successor Residential Parcels <br /> or remainder lands, if any, shall be assigned a Maximum Unit <br /> Yield by applying the same methodology as described in Table 2 <br /> of the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan, and a unit multiplier as <br /> described in step 2 (c) above. Each Residential Parcel as identified <br /> by the County Assessor as of the March 1 lien date shall be <br /> assigned the number of units produced by the foregoing <br /> calculation. <br /> 3. The total levy shall be determined such that: <br /> TMC = TRL + TCL <br /> TRL = TG203204L + TG401 L + TLNL - TCL <br /> TCL = .05 x TLNL <br /> TG203204L = .16529 x TRL <br /> where <br /> TMC = Total annual maintenance cost less the amount provided for in <br /> the City's budget <br /> TRL = Total residential Levy <br /> TLNL = Total Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan Area levy <br /> B - 4 <br />
