Landscape treatment will indude native <br /> plants and grasses to the extent possible. <br /> CO <br /> 07 <br /> All planted areas will require irrigation, periodic applications of o <br /> fertilizers and soil conditioners, periodic applications of wood chips 2" - 4" in 0 <br /> depth to prevent weed growth and retain soil moisture, periodic pest control <br /> and weed maintenance, and periodic plant replacement due to disease, pest CD <br /> damage and loss stemming from natural causes, vandalism and pedestrian <br /> and bicycle traffic. - <br /> Daily maintenance will include litter pick-up and removal and <br /> disposal of debris. <br /> Consumable supplies will include water, fertilizer, pesticides and <br /> herbicides, native plant replacement as needed, soil additives, occasional pipe <br /> and irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br /> landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> Area 11 (as shown on the attached map) <br /> Area 11 comprises approximately .29 acres of landscaped shrubbery <br /> and/or annuals and associated irrigation. Shrubs will require periodic <br /> pruning, applications of fertilizer, pest control and replacement. Annuals will <br /> require replacement according to season. All plants may require replacement <br /> due to disease, pest damage and loss stemming from natural causes, <br /> vandalism and pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
