ASSESSMENT , OTHER PROCEEDINGS . In the event assessment <br /> district proceedings or other proceedings are instituted for the <br /> construction of public improvements serving the same or similar <br /> purpose as any of the improvements described in paragraph 1 hereof , <br /> which provide for an assessment against , or payment by , more than <br /> one owner of properties fronting on West Oakwood Boulevard in the <br /> vicinity of the Property , and the Property is included in such an <br /> 4 <br />
