DES : dj "" 06 / 05 / 96 ( 014 / 70 ) <br /> FXS : djK J6 / 12 / 96R <br /> FXS : djk 06 / 14 / 96R <br /> within the Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 until and unless all work <br /> of improvement regarding the removal , cleaning , replacement or <br /> installation of the Rip-Rap Improvements have been completed and <br /> accepted by City . <br /> ( c ) Owner is required to apply for a grading permit as soon <br /> as practicable for the G- 2 channel berm work described below . <br /> City will review and issue the grading permit as soon as <br /> co <br /> practicable and ,, weather permitting , the G- 2 channel berm work <br /> cr <br /> will proceed diligently to completion . <br /> Cc <br /> The G- 2 channel berm work includes the following : <br /> ( i ) Clear , g rub and strip to the embankment placement <br /> limits of the G- 2 channel , including removal and <br /> off- site disposal of spoil and debris ; and <br /> ( ii ) Furnish and place imported embankment material within <br /> the embankment placement limits of the G-2 channel , <br /> including transporting to , and placement at , the <br /> locations shown on the plans and spreading and <br /> compacting the imported embankment material . The G- 2 <br /> channel berm work and rip-rap work ( described below) <br /> shall be in accordance with the plans previously <br /> submitted and approved by City . <br /> Owner shall apply for all necessary permits and exercise <br /> commercially reasonable good faith efforts to obtain same from <br /> the United States Army Corps of Engineers ( " Corps " ) and any other <br /> governmental agency for the performance of the rip-rap work <br /> described as follows : Furnish and place rockslope protection <br /> within the embankment placement limits of the G- 2 channel , <br /> 4 <br />
