EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Project Summary & Understanding Owlizeci will enhance the visitor experience and engage residents using OWL VR kiosks luring the City' s 150" . Anniversary celebration in 2017. Owlized will deploy two OWL units during for four-week period starting at a date to be determined by the City. Visitors to the Owl will no able to look back in time and experience a sweeping, 360-degree view of what the surrounding area would have looked like 150 years ago . Owlized vvill work closely with local historic experts to create an accurate interpretive hh►isloric scene and with city staff to craft and produce the story told through the OWL via the OWL audio system . The historic audio script will be drafted by a local historic expert : . ' he City , then delivered to Owlized for a final edit . The City will decide on who wilt 'oar e the recording and be the "voice of the OWL . " Owlized will produce the re ordings and package them into the final OWL app along with the visualization . (Di 'c'e the OWL app is built, Owlized will test and validate the OWL before delivering and installing on site. During the four-week rental period , Owlized will provide any necessary technical support , and upon completion of the rental period, remove the units and restore the sidewalk. Process Overview PHASE 1 : SCOPING + STORYBOARDING Once the City of Redwood City is ready to begin scoping the OWL user experience, an Owlized project manager will work closely with the City of Redwood City to scope and cioryboarc; the OWL user experience (UX ) for intended OWL locations. The discovery process will include a series of coordinating meetings in which each of the UX elements, including 'alizalions . optional survey, and contextual text and audio, will be scoped and decided Prig Ise ' Deliverables: C Scope and storyboard for each OWL location. PHASE 2: MEDIA PRODUCTION During Media Production phase, Owlized will receive from City of Redwood City any eievan ' archival source material to be included in OWL UX.
