PHASE 3: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT During Software Development phase, Owlized will configure the OWL app according to scoping defined in Phase 1 . This phase will consist of weekly phone meetings to discuss milestones and progress and incorporate any late changes that might be deemed necessary. City of Redwood City will have the opportunity to beta test the OWL app and offer feedback that will be incorporated into one allowable revision before final version is deployed . Phase 3 Deliverables: • Beta version of OWL apps for review • Final version of OWL apps PHASE 4: TESTING {- VALIDATION During testing phase, Owlized will fully assemble, test and validate the OWL units to ensure full functionality, ship to client office or designated location , and then will work with client to test and validate all units. This final "burn in period is essential and, in the event it is delayed , requires a commensurate delay in public launch . Phase 4 Deliverables: • Completed OWL units available for City of Redwood City to review off-site. PHASE 5: LAUNCH During Launch phase, Owlized will deploy OWL unit at designated locations. Phase 5 Deliverables: • Completed OWL units installed at designated locations. Project Schedule Management The Schedule Management Plan has the following purposes: • To present the schedule of the project; • To identify factors that will tend to delay the schedule; and • To describe procedures that will be used to deal with schedule impacts. Milestones and Deliverable Table The following table provides the major milestones of the project.
