( 3 ) That less than twelve registered voters resided within <br /> said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was <br /> adopted by this Council ; and <br /> ( 4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution <br /> No . 267 to be published in the manner and within the time re - <br /> quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed <br /> annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such <br /> notice is required by law to be given ; all in the manner and time <br /> required by law ; and <br /> ( 5 ) That this Council did in said Resolution No . 2 79 set <br /> and designate May 25 , 1959 , at the hour of 8 : 00 P . M . , in the Board <br /> of Supervisors Chambers , Hall of Justice and Records , Redwood City , <br /> San Mateo County , California , as the day , hour , and place when and <br /> where said Council would hear protests against said annexation ; and <br /> ( 6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the <br /> territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis - <br /> trict ; and <br /> G]HEREAS , this Council duly met and convened at said time and <br /> place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to <br /> said proposed annexation , and also at the time ( s ) and place ( s) to <br /> which such hearing was continued , and did at the hearing in open <br /> public session ask for protests , if any, to the proposed annexation <br /> and gave all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation <br /> and received evidence relevant to such annexation ; and <br />
