WHEREAS , this Council at the time of said hearing found and <br /> determined that protests to the proposed annexation of the herein- <br /> after described territory to the City of Redwood City had not been <br /> made by owners of one - half of the value of said territory as shown <br /> by the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo , <br /> California , nor by public owners equal to one - half of the value of <br /> public property within said territory as said value has been deter- <br /> mined by said Council ; <br /> NOV, THEREFORE , the Council of the City of Redwood City does <br /> hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City of all <br /> the territory designated as "Leslie Annexation No . 2 " and herein- <br /> after described , and does also hereby ordain that said territory <br /> be and is hereby annexed to the City of Redwood City . The above <br /> mentioned territory which is designated as "Leslie Annexation No . 2 <br /> is all that territory situate in the County of San Mateo , State of <br /> California , described as follows : <br />
