LESLIE ANNEXATION NO . 1 -A BEGINNING at an angle point in the corporate city limit line of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No . 449 adopted November 14 , 1940 , entitled "An Ordinance Approving the Annexation of the Hereinafter Described Territory ( commonly known as East Redwood City Industrial District ) to the City of Redwood City " , said angle point being the most easterly corner of Lot 2 of Sweeney Ranch as shown on "Map of Subdivision of Sweeney Ranch " filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County , State of California , June 24 , 1898 , in Book C of Original Maps at Page 36 ; THENCE in a general westerly direction along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 2 , said line also being the corporate city limit line of Redwood City, to an angle point in the Corporate City Limit Line as established by Ordinance No . 792 entitled "Approving Annexation of Certain Uninhabited Territory Designated ' Industrial Drainage Territory No . 1 ' to the City of Redwood City " adopted February 21 , 1955 ; THENCE along the corporate city limit line as established by said Ordinance No . 792 the following bearings and distances : North 8° 43 ' East 110 . 00 feet ; North 81° 17 ' West 2019 . 17 feet ; North 68° 45 ' West 11 , 09 feet ; South 8° 43 ' West 102 . 37 feet ; South 14° 54 ' West 10 . 06 feet to an angle point as established with said Ordinance No . 449; THENCE along the corporate city limit line as established by said Ordinance No . 449 in a westerly direction to the southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land named as "First " and conveyed by deed filed March 29, 1913 , in Volume 222 of Deeds at Page 265 , San Mateo County Records ; THENCE along the easterly and northerly boundaries of said parcel of land above described to a point in the southeast line of Harbor Boulevard , said point being an angle point in the corporate city limit line as established by Ordinance No . 394 entitled "An Ordinance Approving the Annexation of the Redwood City Harbor District to the City of Redwood City " , said point being on the southeasterly line of Redwood Harbor Boulevard ; THENCE on and along the southeast line of said Redwood Harbor Boulevard , said line being the corporate city limit line of Redwood City northerly to a point 260 . 00 feet , measured at right angles southwesterly from the northeasterly lot line of Lot 11 , as same is shown on that certain map entitled " Map of Certain Lands belonging to Redwood City Harbor Company" , filed for record September 23 , 1921 , in Volume 10 of Maps , Pages 45 and 46 , Records of San Mateo County ,
