( 2 ) That on June 15 , 1959 , this Council did adopt its lies - olution No . 2751 , entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of , and Declaring its Intention to , Initiate on its own Motion Proceedings to Annex to said City Cer- tain Uninhabited Territory ; Describing said Territory and Designa- ting it by the Name ' Leslie Annexation No .; 2-AI ; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation ; Mc ink, Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings ; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council will Hear Protests to said Annexation, " wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said ter- ritory and designated it by the above mentioned name , made certain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and place said Council would hear protests thereto ; and ( 3 ) That less than twelve registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council ; and ( 4 ) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Res - olution No . 2751 to be published in the manner and within the time required by law , and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be given ; all in the manner and time required by law ; and ( 5 ) That this Council did in said Resolution No . 2751 set and designate August 10 , 1959 , at the hour of 8 : 00 P . M . , in the Board of Supervisor ' s Chambers , Hall of Justice and Records , Redwood City, San Mateo County, California , as the day , hour , and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation ; and ( 6 ) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis - trict ; and
