SECTION 6 . Nothing in this ordinance shall be deemed to <br /> suspend , repeal , or otherwise affect the provisions of Ordinance <br /> No , 345 , adopted February 25 , 1957 , providing for a uniform local sales <br /> and use tax in the City of Redwood City in accordance with the pro- <br /> visions of Part 1 . 5 , Division 2 , of the Revenue and Taxation Code <br /> of the State of California . The abovementioned Ordinance No . 845 , <br /> being the uniform local sales and use tax ordinance of the City <br /> of Redwood City , shall continue in effect and shall be operative <br /> in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions stated <br /> in Section 3 of said Ordinance No . 845 . <br /> SECTION 7 . This ordinance shall be effective thirty ( 30 ) <br /> days after its adoption . <br />
