<br /> and West Point Slough , . including. the dredging , deepening, widening and
<br /> improving of a. ship_ channel,. in' Redwood Creek. and San Francisco, Bay
<br /> leading, to an& connecting with said. harbor., a. turning . basin and dock-
<br /> /rig space :appur.tenant,, thereto:; • lands , rights . of. way, bulkheads , .dikes ,
<br /> wharf; docks., piers.,• transit . shed; warehouse , approach roadway., spur.
<br /> tracks , cargo. ..handling :ands docking. °equipment., electric light .and. power ,
<br /> water supply, fire protection. and. drainage. systems for said harbor ,, and. .
<br /> other structures , works and. properties necessary .or. convenient for said.
<br /> harbor improvement in :order to facilitate navigation. and_ the commerce
<br /> of Redwood - City the cost. and. .. expense- of. said work of dredging , deepen-

<br /> States,. First Session;.. the ! cost and- expense of said harbor facilities
<br /> and other works, properties. -and •strictures - necessary or convenient
<br /> therefor to be paid by the City -of. Redwood; City; provided the United,
<br /> States or any. department or agency thereof, including the Federal
<br /> Emergency Administration of Public Works, may for the sooner comple,e
<br /> tion of said. project contribute part of the cost of said municipal
<br /> improvement ?

<br /> that for the purposes of said election said City of Redwood City should be divided into
<br /> eight special election precincts , and that the number of votes cast at said special
<br /> election in favor of and against said proposition was as follows , to-wit :
