<br /> 026 to327, inclusive , and said resolution is a full , true and correct
<br /> copy of the original resolution adopted at said meeting and entered
<br /> in said minutes . That said resolution has not been amended, modified
<br /> or rescinded since the date of its adoption and the same is now in
<br /> full force and effect .

<br /> Following this , Councilman Jones , seconded by Councilman McNulty, proposed the
<br /> adoption of the second resolution for the acquisition , construction and com-
<br /> pletion of an electrical distribution system, enabling the city administration
<br /> either to negotiate with the corporation or to build a separate system. Upon
<br /> roll call , t?- is resolution also was -adopted unanimrusly but with the same
<br /> exception on the part of Councilmen Christensen , Eva , and Fletcher as recorded
<br /> on the previous resolution.
