<br /> OF WHICH MUNICIPAL I '.TPROVEME'NT IS AND WILL BE TOO GREAT TO BE PAID
<br /> OUT OF THE OR DI1 ARY ANNUAL INCOME AND REVENUE OF SAID CITY.
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City, as follows :
<br /> Section 1 . That the public interest and necessity demand the
<br /> acquisition , construction and completion of the following municipal
<br /> improvement of said City, to wit : An electric distribution system
<br /> including lands , rights of way , easements , poles , lines , wires , conduits ,
<br /> transformers , meters , sub-stations , insulators , switches , distribution
<br /> and service wires , fixtures , apparatus and equipment , and all other
<br /> works , property or structures necessary or convenient for distribut-
<br /> ing electric energy to said City and its inhabitants for light , heat
<br /> and power.
<br /> Section 2 . That said municipal improvement is necessary and
<br /> convenienttto carry out the objects , purposes and powers of said City.
<br /> Section 3. That the estimated cost of said municipal improvement
<br /> is $547-676W., and that the cost of said municipal improvement is and
<br /> will be tco great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and
<br /> revenue of said City.
<br /> PASSED AYD ADOPTED this 27th day of September , 1937 , by the
<br /> following vote :
<br /> Ayes , Councilmen L. C. Christensen, J. M. Eva , E. A. Fletcher
<br /> Wm. Hohn , Robt . N . Jones , Geo. W. McNulty,
<br /> and Mayor Paul A. McCarthy.
<br /> Noes : Councilmen None
<br /> Absent : Councilmen None
