on the 18th day of July , 193g , as said diagram has been pre- pared by C . L. Dimmitt , Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City , and submitted this 17th day of October , 1938 , be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No . 1938- 4 , which Resolution of Intention No . 1938-4 is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City , and to which reference is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to , and BE IT ?URTIIER RESOLVED , by the Council of the City of Redwood City , County of San Mateo , State of California , that the Redwood City Tribune , a daily newspaper published , printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City , be and the same is hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No . 1938-4 of said Council hereinabove referred to herein. Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular ,nee t ing thereof held on the 17th day of October , 193g , by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, Councilmen , H. F. Anderson , E. A, Fletcher , Wm. Hohn , R . N. Jones , P . A. McCarthy , G . W . McNulty , L . C .
