The hour- ly wage rate prescribed hereinabove is the per diem rate divided by the aforementioned number of hours constituting a working day. All foremen shall receive $1.00 per day minimum above the highest paid laborer over whom they have supervision. For any craft hot included in list the minimum wage shall be the gen- eral prevailing wage for the local- ity and shall not be less than $0.75 per hour. Overtime for truck drivers at time and one-half after seven hours. Tractor drivers overtime at time and one-half after six hours. All time shall be reckoned by the half or full day, except over- time, which shall be reckoned by the hour or half-hour. All overtime, Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays shall be at dou- ble the above hourly wage rates, except as otherwise noted. Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Admission Day, Armistice Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas. Holi- days falling on Sunday shall be ob- served the following Monday.
