Warren Allan of Stanford and Hrs . Anasby of Hillsborou_gh were <br /> now working; out plans for the comin year for the Emerald Lake Bowl. <br /> Councilman C hristensen singes ted a resolution reducing; by 10% the salaries of all city erroloyees <br /> paid in excess of one hundred twenty—five dollars ($125 . 00) per mont h..
