The <br /> resolution carried . <br /> Request was made by the Chamber of Commerce that a Councilman be designated to cooperate <br /> with other organizations of the city to further a community campaign under the National <br /> t;ousinc Act . For this purpose , Councilman Christensen was ap?ointed by Mayor Lambert . <br /> A conirrnmica tion was read from the California iunicipal Utilities Association asking that the <br /> City contribute $100 toward the word. of this organization.
