i % t buildings situate thereon , owned by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company and used for its corporation yard site , office buildings and sub- station , and exclusive of the furniture , fixtures and personal property located thereon or therein ( except meter and transformer record cards ) , and also excluding automotive equip- ment , tools and construction equipment , telephone and signal facilities and all properties used exclusively by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company to supply electric services to consumers located outside the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City ( except certain isolated fringe consumers ) . Reference is hereby made to the petition and amended petition of the City of Redwood City before the Railroad Commission of the State of California , in the matter entitled , " In the Natter of the Petition of the City of Redwood City , a municipal corporation , that the Railroad Commission of the State of California fix a just compensation to be paid by the City of Redwood City , a municipal corporation , for certain property , rights and franchises of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company , a corporation , located and situated within the corporate limits of said City of Redwood City and used and/or useful in the distribution and/or sale of electrical energy within the City of Redwood City and in certain isolated outside territory', for a further description of said properties to be acquired under eminent domain proceedings or otherwise and said excluded properties , and to the Decision of the Rail- road Commission of the State of California duly made and entered on the 9th .day of August , 1937 (Decision No . 30033 ) , which are incorporated herein and by reference made a part hereof .
