• <br /> V <br /> ORDINANCE NO .3 47 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING OR REZONING LOT 8 IN BLOCK 2 AS SHOWN ON <br /> THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED n RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF BLOCKS 1 AND <br /> 2 SUBDIVISION A, WELLESLEY PARK" OF RECORD IN THE RECORDER ' S OFFICE OF <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FROM THE FIRST RESIDENTIAL <br /> DISTRICT OR ZONE TO THE SECOND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR ZONE, AND <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE OFFICIAL USE OF PROPERTY ZONE <br /> MAP IN CONFORMITY HEREWITH. <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain as follows , <br /> to-wit : <br /> Section 1 . WHEREAS , as required by Ordinance No . 251 of the City <br /> of Redwood City , C . G . Lambert heretofore made application with the <br /> Planning Commission of said city to reclassify or rezone lot 8 in block <br /> 2 as shown on that certain map entitled "Resubdivision of a portion of <br /> Blocks 1 and 2 Subdivision A, Wellesley Park'► of record in the Recorder ' s <br /> office of the County of San Mateo , State of California, from the first <br /> residential district or zone to the second residential district or zone ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , said Planning Commission duly held a hearing thereon in <br /> all, respects as required by said ordinance and thereafter duly rec- <br /> ommended in writing to the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br /> said application be granted and said hereinbefore mentioned lot rezoned <br /> as requested ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City duly filed said <br /> letter from the Planning Commission and directed that a public hearing <br />
