I.Terms Applicable to All Commercial Deposit Accounts Introduction In ttus Commercial Account Agreement ("AgreemenY�, "Company"refers to the owner or accountholder of a Wells Fargo bank commercial deposit account ("AocounY�. "Banl�'refers to the Wells Fargo bank at which Company's Account is maintained.Tlus Agr�ent includes the following disclosures applicable to Bank's coxnmercial deposit accounts and related seivices (each,a"Service'�,that Bank has separately provided to Company: (i)the schedule of Bank's fees and other account-related inforn�ation (the "fee and infora�ation schedule"), (ii)the collection schedule,(iii)the funds availability policy,(iv)the privacy policy,(v)the rate sbeets for interest- bearing accounts, each as modified by Banlc from tnne to tim�and (vi)any additional disclosures regarding Company's Account that Bank may provide to Company.Company is responsible for ensuring that each Authorized Signer is familiar with this Agreement. Unless Company has instiucted Baak in writing to the contrary,Bank may consider communications about Compan}�s Account from an Authorized Signer on Company's Account as communications from Company.Company agrees to notify Bank immediately in writing ifany Authorized Signer's authority has been terminated. This Agreernent replaces all prior agreements with Bank regarding Compan}�s Account other than agreements regarding security interests in,ar services utilizing the Account. By signing Bank's signature card for Company's Account or by using Company's Account or a Service,Company will be deemed to have agreed to this Agreemerrt. Company should retain a copy of this A.greement (and any information that Bank provides Company regarding changes to this Agreement)for as long as Company maintains its Account with Bank. Defined Terms In this Agreement, certain words have a special meaning and are therefore defined. Certain tem�s and their definitions az+e found in tlus Section, and others are found in the text of this Agreement Af8liate. An"Af�iliate"is a bank that is,directly or indirectly,a wholly ar substantially owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo &Company. Anthorized Signer.
