does not anticipate that another audit firm could complete the CAFR for the City for less <br />than the amount Badawi has quoted and before the end of the calendar year. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the existing agreement with Badawi and Associates <br />will have an impact of $5,000 (less than 10% of the contract). Appropriations in the <br />Fiscal Year 2016-17 budget are sufficient to cover the proposed cost of these services <br />for the current year.
