Fiscal Year 2015-2016 – Capital Outlay Fund - Tennis Court Replacement Program, <br />which has an available balance of $136,187.70 as of June 30, 2016, and an additional <br />$100,000.00 allocated for Fiscal Year 2016-2017. <br />Fiscal Year 2015-2016 – Capital Outlay Fund – Hawes Field Light Replacement <br />Program, which has an available balance of $250,000.00 as of June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />An appropriation transfer will provide remaining funds for the project, in the amount of <br />$150,000.00. The transfer will be from Capital Outlay Fund – Synthetic Play Fields <br />Conversion, which has an available balance of $648,635.73 as of June 30, 2016, to <br />Capital Outlay Fund – Tennis Court Replacement Program. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that the Dolphin, Shorebird <br />and Marlin Parks Tennis Courts Renovation Project meets the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15301 – (“Existing <br />Facilities”, because the resurfacing of Marlin and Shorebird Parks are maintenance of <br />existing facilities) & Section 15302 - (“Replacement or Reconstruction”, the <br />reconstruction of the tennis courts and lights at Dolphin Park is considered <br />reconstruction of publicly-owned facilities with no expansion of capacity in the same <br />location).
