<br />ANALYSIS <br />MuniServices and Donald H. Maynor provide professional services related to <br />compliance, administrative, and protection services, that will allow the City to preserve, <br />protect and enhance their UUT revenues. The recommended amendments will extend <br />the MuniServices Agreement and the Maynor Agreement through December 31, 2016. <br />The amendment to the MuniServices Agreement will establish that the City will pay <br />MuniServices $16,726.04 for the period between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 <br />and will increase the maximum amount payable under the contract to $77,000. The <br />amendment to the Maynor Agreement will establish that the City will pay Donald H. <br />Maynor $9,006.32 for the period between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The Council could elect not to approve the recommended amendments. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The amendment would increase the amount payable under the two agreements by <br />$25,732.36 total.
