<br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to adopt an Ordinance establishing the Roosevelt Underground <br />Utility District No. 2016-1. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As of April, 2016 the Roosevelt Underground Utility District Reconstruction fund (357- <br />83167) had an available balance of $477,848.32 and the Underground Utility Program <br />(263-70445) had an available balance of $177,212.22. Initial cost for planning and <br />design will be paid by the City from these accounts and be reimbursed at a later date by <br />PG&E as described above. The City has already paid initial consulting services for <br />surveying to Sandis, Engineers, Surveyors, and Planners in the amount of $15,080 from <br />the Roosevelt Underground Utility District Reconstruction fund (357-83167). <br />The cost for the conversion of electric service panels to underground service will be <br />paid by PG&E up to $1,500.00 per each residential service panel, pursuant to Rule <br />20.A.
