h. Summarize the analysis and findings in a draft technical memorandum. <br /> i. Conduct one meeting to discuss the City's comments on the draft TM. <br /> j. Finalize the TM based on the City's review and comments. <br /> Consultant will deliver the following upon completion of Task 1: <br /> a. (2) Sampling and test protocols <br /> b. Draft and final technical memorandum (TM No. 1) <br /> 2. Task 2 -Alternative Analvsis <br /> Consultant will: <br /> a. Synthesize conceptual alternatives (design or operational)to mitigate <br /> the odor and staining problems. For purposes of estimating level of <br /> effort required, altematives are expected to be: <br /> i. Increasing the frequency and intensity of distribution-flushing <br /> operations <br /> ii. Selective on-site odor treatment consisting of GAC cartridge filters <br /> iii. Auxiliary chemical-addition facilities outside the WWTP <br /> iv. Reducing recycled water production during low-demand periods <br /> v. Chemical addition to mitigate water staining <br /> b. Prepare engineer's estimate of probable construction cost. <br /> c. Summarize the analysis and findings in a draft technical memorandum. <br /> d. Conduct one meeting to discuss City's review comments to the draft <br /> TM. <br /> e. Finalize the TM based on the City's written review comments. <br /> Consultant will deliver the following upon completion of Task 2: <br /> f. Draft and final technical memorandum (TM No. 2) <br /> 3. Task 3—Proiect Manaqement <br /> Consultant will: <br /> a. Lead a kickoff meeting/workshop to perform live water model updates <br /> at the City's office. <br /> b. Prepare meeting agenda and minutes. <br /> c. Perform quality reviews of two TMs. <br /> d. Prepare monthly written status reports that summarize budget and <br /> schedule status, work completed, upcoming work and coordination <br /> items, and potential issues that may require the City's attention. <br /> e. Submit status report with each monthly invoice. <br /> Consultant will deliver: <br /> f.
