EXHIBIT "B" Proiect Schedule and Pavment Terms A. Project Schedule — Consultant will begin work immediately upon receipt of the fully executed agreement. Project activities will be conducted between approximately July 2016 and September 2017. It is anticipated that groundwater field sampling events will occur in October 2016; and January, April, and July 2017. The Task 2 Remedial Design activities described herein will be conducted between July 2016 and approximately January 2017. B. Pavment Terms - Consultant will provide the services outlined below on an hourly basis not to exceed $127,490. Fees will be billed monthly based on the actual hours used in each phase per the labor rate schedule as delineated in Section C.
